HYPNOSIS
Self hypnosis is hypnosis aswell
but done without help from a hypnotist or any other person helping in
achieving this state of mind every time we do it. It can be a little
harder doing it this way but the purpose is to master this skill so
that we can control ourselves and use power of positive suggestions
whether it is to lose weight, gain confidence into ourself, get rid of
bad habits, improve our concentration or to develop communication
skills. The possibilities are great and we can have powerful tool for
changing ourselves. We can do it with autosugestions, selfhypnosis
tapes and visual tools like swirls and similar stuff.
Although there is no other
person involved in selfhypnosis there is a possibility to speed up the
things. If we use a hypnotist in order to achieve first trance we can
ask him to give us training and suggestions which will enable us to
achieve trance state later by ourselves.
Relaxation and various techniques used are of the biggest importance
and sort of foundation to build upon. We must learn how to do it and it
requires some practice. Even this time is well spent because each
session will do us good and release at least some stress we keep inside.
Meditation is one of those techniques. Learning basic yoga breathing is
another one. Then we can start using autosuggestions in order to
achieve deeper relaxation and finally hypnosis where we can focus and
accept positive suggestions and slowly change ourselves into the person
we would like to be.
