WHO
CREATED?
KRISHNA OR THE SINGULARITY? By: Gauranga Premananda dasa
According
to the materialistic sciencetists the smallest unicellular living
entity is the bacterium, Escherichia coli. This is, in their view, one
of the first life forms to come out of the primordial soup. It all
started, in their terms, with the "Big Bang (the primordial explosion)
from the "singularity" (the original point of creation with volume zero
and infinite density and temperature), or the indescribable,
practically "nothing".
This
"E-coli" consists of approximately 3,000 to 6,000 different protein
molecules. Each protein molecule is made up of 300 amino acids
(building blocks) and each amino acid contains about 130
atoms. In
total, the "E-coli" contains roughly 4.500 x 300 x 130 = 180,000,000
atoms.
E-coli
is 500 times smaller than the average cell of higher plants and
animals, and the cell of a human being is 700 times bigger. So, the
cell of the human being contains 700 x 180,000,000 = 126,000,000,000
atoms. A human being has 100,000,000,000 neurons and 11,000,000,000,000
cells, so a total of 126,000,000,000 x 1,000,000,000,000 =
126,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 or 126 sextillion atoms, systematically piled
up and harmoniously cooperating with each other.
Taking
this complexity into consideration, and then the cosmos surrounding the
tiny human being, a cosmos having 1,4 x 10^79 subatomic particles, the
answer to the question posed in the title of this article is, of
course: "Krishna".
By
practising Bhakti Yoga and chanting the Hare Krishna Mahamantra, one
can directly observe this conclusion: the past, present and future of
the universe will become visible. And the whole of the material and
spiritual worlds will become visible. You will be able to confirm what
all mystics and saints eventually see: Krsna as the
sarva-karana-karanam, the cause of all causes: of the
singularity, the 'nothingness' (sunya or pradhana), the
spiritual
light (Brahman) and "God" (in His expansion of creator of heaven and
earth).
