The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to a Notice of Intent filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw. The work is located at 285 Great Road and the abutting parcel owned by J&A Realty Trust (Map-Block-Parcel 77-A-5.1 & 78-A-2). This application was filed by Tracy DeWolf, Great Road Realty Trust; the owners of the property are Great Road Realty Trust and J&A Realty Trust. This application is for removal of all debris from property (two trailers, tires, construction debris) within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. The public hearing will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23, 2008, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
