How this was determined:

We automatically check data transfer amounts numerous times each day. Once a site's total data transfer exceeds the default limit amount, we will temporarily disable your site's ability to serve pages (substituting a special warning page for informational purposes) until such time as the end of your site's current 30-day traffic interval period. This period of time is established when you initially create your account with FreeWebTown.com Community. For example, if you signed up on the 11th of the month, your 30-day period (for data transfer monitoring purposes) will reset itself on the 11th of the following month. You may choose to purchase a one-time 2 GB increment to extend your traffic allowance or else you may wait until the first day of your new 30-day traffic interval when your site will automatically receive another 2 GB transfer allowance.

If you want to wait, do nothing... your site will return to normal at 12:01 on the first day of your new 30-day traffic interval.

Instructions:

1. Once your purchase funds have been confirmed, you will be provided with a special one-time use 16-digit security code.
2. Copy and paste this code into the "Re-Activate Your Site" page interface that is accessible via the "Bandwidth Overage" menu option after logging in to http://www.freewebtown.com.
3. The "Check Your Bandwidth" interface displays your current bandwidth usage as well as your current remaining total data transfer allowance.
4. The re-activation process takes effect immediately. The system will automatically re-enable your site's ability to serve pages.
5. The 2 GB additional increments do NOT expire, and will roll-over to your next month's traffic totals if you do not exceed that amount.

• Additional bandwidth (data transfer amount) purchased does not expire. Any additional unused amounts are rolled over into your normal data transfer totals for the next and subsequent month(s).

• This purchase is non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree to abide by the terms of this offer, which are for an "as is" 2 GB data transfer allowance of downloadable traffic from your unique website (as applied by the purchase code generated above).

• Errors and unforeseen technical issues can be reported and/or appealed to "cs@ts-host.com". Please allow for at least one (1) business day for a response. Make sure you include your site URL, your name, a valid E-mail address, and a detailed explanation of the problem you're having. We try to be as fair as possible in dealing with errors that are caused by our system or technical difficulties.
