Baby's Create-A-Book contains the traditional birth story. Woven throughout the story are baby's name, birth date,
time, weight, length, doctor/midwife's name, hospital name and some of baby's first visitors. The dedication page
contains baby's full name, date of gift and personal message from you. Please note this book does not have its
title printed on the outside hard cover.
