Large Spacious cosy en-suite family room with TV and tea/coffee making facilities.

Two large single beds and a a double futon sofa bed. Childs portable cot is avalible if required.

Although guest accommodation is in separate part of the house, guests are free  to use the main downstairs sitting room for reading, relaxation and perhaps pre dinner drinks.

Breakfast is a choice of Full English or Continental. I am happy to prepare Dinner by arrangement.

Prices

Family Room - £54 per night (up to Two Adults and Two Children.)

Single Room - £30 a night.

Dinner - £17.50 (inclusive of wine)

Afternoon Tea - £3.50

Transport to/from Gatwick - £30 per journey.

Off Road Parking is free at Owners Risk.
