TThis is a salary capped Action PC Football league. There are two Conference, 4 Divisions, with 5 teams per division. The salaries will be based on what is listed in the Dave Koch Action PC Football game. This will be a Head to Head football league with all games played over the internet. It is a no fees league. The main purpose of this league is to provide fun for the owners of the football teams and to make the teams as even and as completive as possible.
