The following are my terms of use if you wish to use any of my sets.

1) These sets are LINKWARE and therefore you MUST link them back to my site. Each set has a matching logo on the set already linked back to my site.

2) Each set contains the following. Border/Triple Background, Welcome, Bar, Line and the following buttons: Back, Next, Email, Sign Guestbook and View Guestbook buttons. As well each set contains the coding and an applet pic to match that set.

The coding for the colors used for that set are already there, so you need not change anything, just save the html file along with the graphics.

3) I would also love an email so that I may view how you've used my sets and also to add you to my list of users.
There is always a surprise awaiting those who do write and let me know where they have used a set. :)
I will not be contacting you for any reason, unless you request it.

4) I have hundreds of sets made, so I will not be able to put them up all at once. If you wish a personalized set, please email me and I will make one for you as soon as I can.

5) DO NOT LINK THESE GRAPHICS TO THIS SITE.
Right click and save them to your own computer.
Due to the large amount of sets, I will be constantly changing them so if you link them here, your page/site will be gone when I take down a set.

6) Do not include any of my sets in any Graphic Collections.
(If you wish to display any of my sets, please contact me and I will advise you if it is legal to do so.

I've received permission from a few great artists on the web.They do spiritual and fantasy artwork which is beautiful. You can access their work and the sets that I've made by using the Artists' Set Button on the main sets page.

Terms are also available on each page of each set, especially the Artist's Sets. Please always use the matching logo to link back to the artists site. As well as taking legal action if they find that their work does not link back to their site, they may stop giving permission to graphic and web designers to make sets with their art work and that would be a terrible loss to the Web.
