BEBO Calling
The youth of the club has not been entirely silent mind you.  Many of the younger members of the club (and some of the older ones too) have taken advantage of the bebo site to create smaller, crappier versions of ordinary websites.  However, in fairness it’s a great way to snoop around and find out strange things regarding what people think they are like.  Check out http://larnecricketclub.bebo.com for a collection of thoughts from the club’s next generation…you can click on the individual pictures to find out more, although you will have to register with bebo to attempt the numerous interactive options such as quizzes and the chance to talk online or leave a message with one of the young stars of the future.  Another interesting feature of BEBO is the chance to see tomorrow’s superstars in a dire state of inebriation, or you can even listen to some of the players showing off their skills as DJ’s.

30.04.2007

The Ulster Bank league started on Saturday with the firsts getting off to the worst possible start. They suffered a 100 run defeat as they could not chase Academy's 158 in rather un-seasonable warm April weather at Sandy Bay. Gareth Alexander's match report can be read here.

24.01.2007
