LFE

St Andrew's LFE is an LEP church and is part of the Leicester Forest East and Kirby Muxloe Parish. St Bartholomew's (Anglican) Church is also in this Parish and so is St Mary's Congregation. (This is a group of people who meet in the Braunstone West Social Centre. It is technically part of St Bart's administratively but St Andrew's pastorally)

A Roman Catholic congregation holds a service in our building every Sunday at 8.45am.

Weekly Services are at 10.30am

Every Second Sunday there is a service at 6.00pm and this Holy Communion Service (HC) alternates between Anglican and Methodist (Anglican on 14th August)

1st Sunday is Methodist HC

2nd Sunday is People Praise

3rd Sunday is Anglican HC

4th Sunday is Methodist Circuit Local Preacher

When there is a 5th Sunday we hold a Parish Service which rotates between the 3 venues.

At St Andrew's there is an embryonic children's group for children aged 5-8 called STARS (St Andrew's Radiant Shiners). This group meets in term time and goes into the the "adult" service for the last 10 minutes.

Coffee is served after every service at the back of the church.

The Parish Office, which is housed in the office joining the church, is open weekday mornings from 9.30am till 11.30am.

A playschool, 3 dance classes, model car club, Rosemary Conley, kickboxers and group of young mums and babies/toddlers meet in the adjacent hall at various times during the week.

The hall is available for hire for children's parties £28 for a 3 hour session.
