Santa’s Sugar Cookies
1 1/2 Cups confectioner Sugar
1 Cup butter or margarine (softened)
1 egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tarter
Directions
Cream together butter or margarine, confectioner sugar, egg, vanilla, and almond extract.
Sift together, flour, baking soda and cream of tarter. Add to butter mixture mixing well.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Roll cookie dough on floured surface ¼ inch thick. Cut out cookies
Using your favorite Christmas cookie cutters. Bake at 375* oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until
just slightly brown. *Enjoy.
