Although I have been a professional massage therapist since 1983, with my own practice since 1987, I had always felt like the ambulance at the bottom of the cliff. My clients were in discomfort, or even pain, often because of many years of moving in ways that damages muscles, ligaments and joints. Massage can ease the pain but is rarely a long term solution.

From 1998 to 2002, I re-trained in the highly successful Feldenkrais® method, which gently improves flexibility, posture and agility. This can be in either a one to one situation, perhaps in combination with massage, or at a public class with others.
